You will learn how to leaven a strong sourdough in a targeted manner and what matters in terms of soaker, mixing time and kneading process. An expert will accompany you and explain how to process the bread, decorate it and separate the two sides of the seeds visually clean.

The long proofing time and the well-thought-out combination of sourdough, grains, and oats ensure excellent freshness, good digestibility, and a full-bodied taste that leaves you wanting more.
