Swiss Easter tart

In the “Osterchüechli” video course, you’ll learn how to make this traditional Swiss spring pastry the right way. Step by step, you’ll create a delicate pastry made from tender shortcrust dough, fruity apricot jam, and a light rice-almond filling.

The combination of a crispy crust and creamy rice pudding filling makes Osterchüechli a popular springtime specialty. Almonds, vanilla, and a hint of lemon create a balanced flavor, while sultanas and jam add a light, fruity sweetness.
