These squares combine soaked orange sponge cake, fruity jam, and a velvety ganache to produce an elegant pâtisserie creation. Aromatically balanced with Grand Marnier, juicy and chocolaty on the bite – this combination ensures real depth of flavor.

You will learn how to build up the layering of the truffle square, properly temper ganache and work with syrup and jam. An expert will guide you through every steps – in a clear, practical way, with attention to detail. Piping, cutting and decorating is also part of this, of course.

The truffle squares score with intense aromas, beautiful layers and an elegant finish. It is ideal as an addition to showcases, presentations, or as a highlight on any dessert plate.
