Chocolate coating machine
Coating machines are equipped with fully automatic continuous circulation temperature control.
Chocolate that is not removed at the pouring tube and flows back into the chocolate tank is recrystallized and tempered with each cycle. This means that even after hours of use, chocolate tempered in this way has excellent crystallization, viscosity and a captivating gloss.
