The plugged-in machine can be switched on at the back. Subsequently, the desired temperature can be set continuously. The temperature scale goes up to 60°C. Such high temperatures should only be used for heating or keeping warm other foods. The couverture for coating should not be heated above 45°C.

The aim of the device is to keep the set target temperature constant.
