Knives: Folding dough knife
This dough knife—also known as a baker’s knife, dough scoring knife, or baker’s blade—can be folded out and is ideally suited for scoring dough pieces.
Its very sharp, curved stainless-steel blade (6.5 cm long, serrated) allows for precise cutting of baguette, bread, or bread roll dough.
Cleaning: Rinse only with water and dry thoroughly; otherwise, the blade may wear out.
