The grater is used to finely grind cookie crumbs and whole hazelnuts.

Optionally, at home, you can use a food processor with a grinder or a hand grater.

Cleaning the graters is very simple. The housing, lid, bowl/container and knife/grater can be cleaned by hand with a little detergent.
