The use of a flexible dough scraper  is recommended for removing dough from the kneading bowl or for filling masses (e.g. sponge masses) into baking molds.

Bowls and pans can also be optimally cleaned with it.

Fillings or masses can as well be spread evenly with an angular scraper.
