The triangular cutting roller can be used to cut rolled-out dough into triangles of the same size. The roller is rolled over the dough from one side to the other.

Optionally, the dough can be cut into triangles by hand using a measuring stick and a kitchen knife. 

The roller is not dishwasher safe.
